On Demand - LIVE Office Hours, In Session NOW!

Here is how our On Demand Office Hours sessions work:

1) If you see this page, we have an active "Office Hours" session occurring NOW. We have trainers standing by to help with your questions on Excel - Word - PowerPoint - Outlook - Access - OneNote - Project - SharePoint - Power BI - Tableau - and SQL Querying.

2) Once you register, you will get a confirmation email with a Zoom link to an open Office Hours session. You can sign in right away, but we will need time to match you up with an appropriate trainer that can help with your question.

3) To start the process, send an email to gethelp@logicaloperations.com with your question/what you want to review. Please give us two hours to review that request and to contact you with a specific time to sign into the Zoom session to review your request.

4) Our goal is to give you same day support. We are in session from 9am-5pm. Depending on when you register and the nature of your request, we might not be able to help you until the next business day.

5) You are paying for a maximum of one hour of support. We will do our best to help with your question/help with your problem, but you agree by registering that although we will make best efforts to help you, we simply might not be able to (your question might be too detailed or require too much knowledge of your business and processes to adequately assist in one hour). If we can't help you, we'll let you know what we would need to help you (likely a larger consulting session for additional cost) or we will refund your payment.
