People with experience using these tools for their job functions may find some of the content covered to be beginner or overview level. PLEASE NOTE - students in this class will create ChatGPT, Gemini, and/or Copilot accounts - and should have access to an email account and cell phone in order to move through the various vendors' multi-factor authentication processes during account set-up.

This class is unique in that, by the end of the class, students will have built a complete vSphere 8.0 environment from scratch including installing and configuring ESXi 8.0 hosts and installing and configuring vCenter Server Appliance 8.0. We are the only major vSphere training provider where every student must install ESXi and vCenter to be successful.

This 7-hour instructor-led course is a deep dive into cultivating teams that can navigate conflict through direct and tactful communication. Doing this work boosts employee morale, improves retention, and surfaces issues before they become conflicts. The course includes group discussions, breakout problem solving, role-playing, and the creation of a personal plan for ongoing improvement. Participants receive several job aides and a copy of a prominent book on the topic.

The Logical Operations approach to Power Automate is different than what typical training providers offer. Each of our one-day Power Automate courses (Introduction and Advanced) allows the class participants the time to build complex automation mimicking real-life business scenarios. The focus is to ensure participants get what they need from each course and not check boxes of exposure for various product elements.
