  • Perform advanced tasks and manipulate data using functions and expressions.

Course Outline

Power Automate Advanced

Lesson 1: Understanding Power Automate Flows

  • Review of flow types
  • Review Power Automate capabilities for real-world use
  • Review/Create exercise from previous Power Automate session

Lesson 2: Auto-Run/Trigger Power Automate Flows

  • Review steps to create auto-run flow and determine how to initialize
  • Publish auto-run flows
  • Trigger the auto-run Power Automate flow

Lesson 3: Power Automate logic

  • Adding conditions
  • Designing switches
  • Using apply to each
  • Use a loop to go through list
  • Use a loop Iterate through data until a condition is met

Lesson 4: Power Automate variables

  • Creating Input variables
  • Creating Output variables
  • Applying Input variables
  • Applying Output variables
  • Executing a cloud flow with Input and Output variables

Lesson 5: Power Automate Expressions

  • Create functions and expressions in Power Automate
  • Use functions and expressions in flow to manipulate data
  • Review advanced tasks abilities using functions and expressions in Power Automate
