Description

In this course, you will work productively in the Microsoft 365 cloud-based environment. You will:

  • Navigate Microsoft 365 and integrate the online apps.
  • Use Microsoft Outlook on the Web.
  • Use Microsoft Teams on the web.
  • Store documents in SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Work with files online.

Lesson 1: Getting Started with Microsoft 365 for the Web

Lesson 2: Using Outlook on the Web

Topic C: Chat and Post in Teams

Lesson 4: Storing Documents on the Web

Topic A: Organize Documents in SharePoint

Topic B: Organize Documents in OneDrive

Topic C: Work with Documents in Teams

Topic D: Select a File Storage Location

 

Lesson 5: Working with Files Online

Topic A: Edit Documents in Microsoft 365 Online

Topic B: Collaborate on Files Online

Topic C: Find Shared Resources Online

This is a mixed version class, appropriate for anyone using Excel 2016/2019/2021/2023, as well as Office 365 subscribers with automatic updates from Microsoft. Attention will be given to nuances between the program versions as applicable for the students in each class. For those using 2013 and earlier, please contact your Learning Consultant before enrolling in class.

Active participation in this course is crucial. The lab activities all build on one another (so for example, you are unable to move into Lab 2 if you haven't completed Lab 1). Please ensure you and/or your students have your calendars blocked off and are ready to be a full/active participant in this class - no multi-tasking please! Typical providers run this as a 3 day class, but we run it as a 4 day class to ensure students have maximum time with the hands-on labs.

Each of our one-day Power Automate courses (Introduction and Advanced) allows the class participants the time to build complex automation mimicking real-life business scenarios. The focus is to ensure participants get what they need from each course and not check boxes of exposure for various product elements.
