DISC and Driving Forces Certification

Description
Course Overview:
This certification course is designed for individuals who want to administer and debrief DISC and Driving Forces™ assessments. It will enhance participants’ knowledge, equip them with individual and group debrief skills, and prepare them to lead team-building sessions. By the end, participants will be certified by TTISI, a research-based assessment provider based in Scottsdale, AZ, and will be prepared to take the CPBA and CPDFA exams. A post-class coaching session with a certified instructor is also included.
Course Objectives:
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Successfully complete the Certified Professional Behaviors Analyst exam
- Successfully complete the Certified Professional Driving Forces Analyst exam
- Effectively administer and debrief the Talent Insights assessment
- Deliver group debrief/team dynamics sessions using the provided materials
- Position themselves as expert practitioners in real-world settings
