Communication & Leadership Strategies - 6 Month, Private Group Workshop

Overview:
Utilizing the two courses, Leadership Excellence for Senior Management and Developing Successful Interpersonal Skills, we will take your team on a self-discovery journey to develop their leadership and communication skills. We will begin with the foundation of all leaders which is integrity.
Each session will include the following:
- Accountability of practice / challenge work
- Review of last training
- Open discussion
- Training/coaching lessons
- Interactive activities to reinforce and understand the
- Real-world application (homework)
Monthly Session Goals:
- Follow up with key stakeholders to discuss how the training is going and how to apply it to the organization.
- Discuss the next steps for each month to ensure everyone is on the same page
