Course Overview:
This immersive three-day experience gives you the knowledge, confidence, and credentials to administer and interpret DISC and Driving Forces® assessments while helping individuals and teams communicate better, build stronger relationships, and perform at a higher level.
When leaders understand how people behave and what motivates them, they make better hiring decisions, coach more effectively, reduce conflict, and create stronger, more engaged teams.
Course Objectives:
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Earn your Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA) certification
- Earn your Certified Professional Driving Forces Analyst (CPDFA) certification
- Learn to confidently administer and interpret DISC and Driving Forces® assessments
- Facilitate impactful individual debriefs and team workshops
- Apply assessment insights to leadership development, coaching, hiring, communication, and team effectiveness
- Receive Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
